How to Create a DeepL API Key

DeepL offers Free and Pro (Paid) API plans for translation services. To use DeepL API with WP Content Pilot, you need to create an API key by following the steps below.

Step 1: Choose a DeepL API Plan

DeepL provides two versions of its API:

• Free API – Limited usage with some restrictions.
• Pro API (Paid) – Full access to DeepL’s advanced features.

Step 2: Sign Up for DeepL

• Click on “Signup for Free or Buy Now” after selecting your desired plan.
• Complete the registration process by providing the required details.

Step 3: Locate Your DeepL API Key

• After registration, log in to your DeepL account.
• Navigate to Account Settings.
• Locate your DeepL API Key.

Step 4: Configure DeepL API in WP Content Pilot

• Go to WP Content Pilot settings.
• Navigate to Settings> General Settings > DeepL Translate API Key Module.
• Select either the Free or Premium API option based on your subscription.
• Enter your DeepL API Key in the required field.

Your DeepL API is now set up and ready for translation tasks!
